- Camille Gant, has over 20 years of experience as a training consultant. She began her training career by providing trainings for family childcare providers, as a private consultant. These trainings consisted of How to start a family childcare business, hand washing and diapering, developing policies and procedure, marketing your business, stress management, and licensing procedures. In 1999, She became a trainer for INCCRRA. She was trained on the adult learning theory, developmentally appropriate practice. and special care, as time past she was train to provide trainings on family childcare foundations, and second helpings. She currently provide trainings on creative curriculum for family childcare, preschool, and Infant toddlers and two, environmental rating scale, early learning standards, and developmental screenings. The trainings were provided for Chicago Public schools, Community partners. Corporate childcare, Childcare Associations, Head Start programs and individual clients.
