- Lanay has worked in the field of Early Childhood for over 20 years, as a Teacher, Director and for the past 14 years, as an Independent Early Childhood Trainer/ITN Registered. She also currently provides parental education as well as developmental screenings to families who have or are expecting a baby. The trainings that she is most passionate about are Inclusion(WEEC) and the Level One Certifications. She truly believes that providers who area continually learning are true professionals in the field, and she learns something from each and every one of them in her classes.
