Personal Statement:As an ITN trainer, I strive to make the Level 1 ECE trainings as meaningful as possible to the audience I am reaching. As a high school Family and Consumer Science teacher since 1995, I use the same principles and strategies as an ITN trainer as I do in my high school courses. Being an ITN trainer has opened my eyes to the variety of experiences for Child Care Professionals. This experience has not only added to my high school teaching, but has enriched my abilities as a trainer to provide a relevant and interactive training environment for the adult participants.
