- Barb Schuldt has worked for Child Care Resource Service, University of Illinois, Urbana Illinois since May 1995. Her current position is Infant Toddler Specialist. In this position she develops trainings for child care providers and does on-site consultations, assisting providers and parents with infant/toddler issues. Prior to working with CCRS she taught Child Development and Child Psychology at Danville Community College, Danville Illinois. Her career started with teaching elementary school and coaching junior high sports. Finding a true love for young children, she moved on to be a teacher of infants through 12 years olds in licensed home day care, owning and operating a Day Care center, and opening/teaching and directing two preschools. She was a CDA advisor for 9 years and a governess/nanny for a year.
