Registry Membership

With a free Gateways Registry Membership, your education, credentials, and all Registry trainings you have attended will be tracked in the Registry database. You can access this information at any time by viewing your Professional Development Record (PDR) online through a secure section of this Web site.

Joining the Gateways Registry is EASY! 

1. Complete the Registry Membership Form.
   
   • Complete and submit online
   • Print and mail
2. Within 30 days, you will receive your Gateways Registry Membership ID card
3. Use your Membership ID card to log-in and view your PDR. Check out a sample PDR.
