The Gateways Registry Professional Development Record (PDR) is a benefit available to all Registry Members. It can be accessed by logging into the Registry Member's section of the web site and going to the Registry Center. The PDR can be generated with any date range you choose. Check out a sample PDR. The PDR has six sections listing your education, credentials, and Registry trainings.
When you attend a Gateways Registry training, please sign-in using your member ID. The training will appear on your PDR (Sections 3, 4, or 5). It's that simple!
Basic Transcript ReviewThe Gateways Basic Transcript Review (BTR) categorizes the college coursework you have taken into the total number of credit hours earned, early care and education (ECE) credit hours, and ECE related coursework credit hours successfully completed, with a grade of "C" or better. A list of courses in early care and education and ECE related coursework will appear on your Professional Development Record (PDR). Receiving a BTR is optional; if you are interested you must check the request for BTR box on the Participant Application and submit your official transcript(s), sealed in an envelope from the college or university attended, with your application. By requesting a BTR, your formal education will be reflected on your Professional Development Record (PDR).

The sections of the PDR accepted are:
Please note that Section 6 (Self-Reported Conferences and Trainings) may be used to keep track of other trainings attended, but certificates must be kept as documentation of attendance. You must also still provide a certificate of attendance as documentation for completing the Mandated Reporter Training. |
