Personal Statement:Shari began working in the Early Childhood field in 1982. She worked in a child care center with Toddlers for a few years than opened her own family child care home. A few years later went to work at a CCR&R program in Missouri. After 4 Ā½ years with them came across the river to work at the Children?s Home + Aid. She has been with the CCR+R program over 21 years. She has been an ITN trainer for the past 15+ years. Shari?s passion is working with family child care providers-licensed and licensed-exempt.
