In this workshop, you'll discover what is developmentally appropriate, safe, fun and engaging for younger Yoga students. In this workshop you will: Play Games! Discover! Learn! You will learn fun Yoga games to play with kids in your childcare settings, at home or in the center classroom.. Please bring a yoga mat or towel as well as wear appropriate yoga (or loose) clothing because you'll be practicing some fun yoga moves.
