There are 4 categories of training displayed on your PDR.  Trainings are categorized by the quality assurance process they go through and whether or not attendance is verified.

Registry-Approved Trainings
  • The quality assurance process is known and attendance is verified.
  • Bring your Registry Member ID card to Registry-Approved trainings and sign in using your Member ID Number.
  • Attendance is verified when the trainer/agency submits the sign-in sheet to the Registry.
  • These trainings show up automatically on your PDR.
Registry-Verified Conferences
  • The quality assurance process is known and attendance is verified.
  • You attend the conference and receive a certificate with bar codes identifying which sessions you attended.
  • Attendance is verified when you submit a copy of your conference certificate (with barcodes for each session attended).
  • These sessions show up on your PDR soon after you submit a copy of your conference certificate.
Attendance-Verified Conferences and Trainings
  • Attendance is verified, but the quality assurance process is not known by the Registry.
  • This category currently includes conferences and trainings delivered by local Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies (CCR&Rs). 
  • Attendance is verified by the local CCR&R. 
  • These trainings show up automatically on your PDR.
Self-Reported Conferences and Trainings
  • The quality assurance process is not known by the Registry and attendance is not verified by the Registry.
  • Once you are a Registry Member you can self-report trainings and conferences to your PDR by logging in to the Dashboard on the Registry website. 
  • Even after you self-report these conferences and trainings, you must keep the certificates from these events to verify your attendance.
