Registry Members should access the "My Registry" Portal in order to print your Professional Development Record (PDR), enter self-reported trainings and more. If you need help logging in or using the Dashboard, please contact the Registry Help Center at (309) 557-1818 (Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm).
