Personal Statement:Paula Burris has been in the field of early care and education and worked with children and early care and education professionals for over 20 years. She has experience as a classroom teacher, in a family child care home, as a trainer, child care resource and referral staff and as adjunct faculty. Paula has been an ITN trainer for over 10 years and has earned her Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education. . In Paula?s work with early care and education professionals, she strives to deliver training that is intentional and meaningful for participants. She incorporates a variety of instructional strategies that work to include material for the visual, auditory and kinesthetic learners. Paula welcomes and encourages training participants to contact with her with questions, comments or updates related to the training or their programs.
