- Carol has been an Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant and trainer for over 5 years. She has worked with families and children for 14 years at the Children?s Home in various roles, such as therapist, coordinator, and assessment therapist. Her trainings bring a unique focus on the role of mental health and social emotional skills in the classroom. Her workshops aim to educate, motivate and to inspire, by giving participants not only information but valuable techniques to use in their classrooms. During training, a participant can expect to have time to reflect on ideas and to share ideas with other participants in small groups. There is time for questions and idea sharing in a large group as well. Finally, the environment is relaxed and fun where learning can grow and multiply.
