- My name is Hugo Pacherres, originally from Lima, Peru. I am a Professional Public Accountant, with Master concluded in Business and Fiscal Tax Management; with 25+ years of experience in the field of accounting and finance, as well as 20+ years of experience as a university professor dictating accounting courses, finance, taxes, and audits. In March of 2024, I dedicated myself to child care, becoming a provider of family group care. I also dedicated myself to cultivating professionally in the field, taking courses in Early Childhood Education. Currently, I am taking courses to achieve my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Administration. It is my desire to share my knowledge and experience through training child care providers with tools and resources to manage their home child care programs.
