Dr. Becky Bailey’s Conscious Discipline © curriculum focuses on social-emotional learning, effective discipline, and self-regulation techniques. It is a curriculum developed to support caregivers and parents with children exhibiting challenging behaviors. The skill of encouragement focuses on noticing what children do instead of judging what they do. Participants will be supported in reflecting on the difference between these two things as well as exploring the most productive ways to communicate with young children.
